Together with the MCC Eco Speedster (3-cylinder gasoline engine), smart, then still MCC (MicroCompactCar), presented the MCC eco Sprinter. Prof. Johan Tomforde's smart should be electric and that's how it should look.
Equipped with an electric axle, which also contains the Zebra battery, it should conquer the cities. Not longer than 2.5 meters and with staggered seats. Unfortunately, hardly any technical details have been remained. The only thing I know is, that it had front wheel drive. Feel free to contact me, if you know anything. Unfortunately, it did not come onto the market with this drivetrain in 1997.
The test fleet of the smart ED1 from 2007 comes closest to it, as it had hardly been further developed technically. But at least they had rear wheel drive.
