The smart hast got two number with which you can identify it: The chassis number and the VIN. To decode it properly, you first have to identify which one you've got right now. If it starts with WME451.. or WME453.., it's the chassis number, if it starts with WMEE.. or WMEF.., it's the VIN. Here's a overview to everything:
